Our teachers are skilled at offering modifications as needed to suit your needs. We believe yoga and is an excellent way to improve your mind, body, and a consistent yoga practice. With an emphasis on personal attention, Grass Valley Yoga practices are mindful in their approach to yoga that promotes both physical and mental well-being. As always, please let your instructor know of any physical limitations.
