YOga Teacher Training Grass Valley

Introducing Vira Bhava Yoga Teacher Training Program

Vira Bhava Yoga Teacher Training provides a full spectrum Integrative Yoga experience that is Yoga Alliance (YA) Certified and based on the YA standards.

The training provides the resources, knowledge, experiences, and support needed so that you may recognize your individual purpose, find your passion, and move into your truth and power.

Teacher training gave me the foundation to go forward on my path with confidence. Vira Bhava teaches that the way to being a more enlightened teacher is by being a more enlightened student, that is approaching life with humble curiosity.

The course touches upon all aspects of teaching: asana, meditation, philosophy, business, and ethics. Vira Bhava is an amazing experience for anyone who wants to deepen any facet of their practice and study of yoga.”
