Yoga HIIT Fusion

6-week series February 20th- March 27th
Tuesdays 6:00-7:15 pm.
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Yoga. We are so glad to extend the Yoga HIIT series and we are offering a special offer of $50 for 6 weeks or special drop-in of $12.

Class will be led by fitness enthusiast, RYT-500 Cathy Johnson
We will be doing the HIIT portion at the beginning of class after a 5-minute warm-up; so the HIIT part will start promptly after and will be no more than 15 minutes. This includes rest periods between sets and then we will settle into a nice mellow flow to complement the effort with the HIIT.
I hope you can join us for all or part of this series. Like I said and mean - Let's Do This Together - It gives me great joy to have people to work with in my efforts to get in better shape - if feel the same come on out - we have a lot of fun. Laughter is key.
