A spring cleanse puts us in tune with the seasons and our environment. For thousands of years, traditional healing practices recognized a link between the change of seasons and our bodies. Spring is a time of natural transition and an ideal moment for a detox cleanse that will reset your body and mind, and prime your system.

This safe and effective 8-day cleanse includes Ayurvedic herbs and a diet of whole fruits, grains and vegetables. We eat three meals a day and enjoy light exercise.

Diet & Meals:

 

  • Cleanse step by step diet instructions, what to eat/what to avoid
  • Seasonal plant based foods to be consumed in liquid or solid form
  • Meal planning provided with a detailed shopping list to help you plan & make it easy!

YOGA & Meditation Class:

  •  Friday & Sunday 12:30-2 pm (Saturday home practice)
  • Gentle detox class with twists & other asana
  • Pranayama to detox
  • Meditation, positive affirmations and mantra
  • Set your intentions to heal, restore & balance
  • Guided meditation to release & raise positive vibrations
  • Restore vitality during your cleanse

**If you can’t attend all yoga classes, you will still benefit greatly from the cleanse**

  • Initial Q & A day to introduce you to the cleanse and receive your cleansing techniques
