Welcome to Grass Valley Yoga!

Grass Valley Yoga classes are specially crafted to inspire you in your yoga practice.

All our classes are designed to make every practitioner feel comfortable, challenged and inspired in their yoga journey. Our teachers are skilled at offering modifications as needed to suit your needs. As always, please let your instructor know of any physical limitations. If you are a senior, or completely new to yoga...one of our "Gentle" Yoga Classes is a great place to start!  Yoga can sign up for classes online or at the studio.  We'll see you there!  Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about our studio.
