Blend Yoga

Blend Yoga is an all levels class that uses a variety of yoga disciplines and techniques including but not limited to Iyengar, Kripalu, Kundalini, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Yin. It incorporates deep stretching with alignment, movement and breath. Relaxation and meditation round out this unique offering created by Annie Hopper.

Restorative yoga is a luxurious practice that entices you to slow down. Experience postures supported by props including blocks, blankets, bolsters, chairs and straps. Gravity and the flow of breath gently release the body, melting away physical and mental tension and deeply resting the body and mind. When the body and mind are completely relaxed and open, tension and stored up toxins can be released. Restorative yoga poses offer benefits to the body and mind for conditions ranging from insomnia to asthma, chronic pain to migraines, depression to menopause. The result is a balanced state of well-being from the inside out. Restorative Yoga was created by B.K.S. Iyengar and adapted by Judith Hansen Lasater.
